So what happens next?
We have all your details and await your device being dropped off at the DPD store. We have emailed you a QR code that you can use to quickly register the parcel at the DPD store. Once we receive your device we will assess it and then send you a quote which will need to either be accepted before we complete any repair work and then it can. Should the situation change and you don't want the repair we will return the device to the same DPD store for you to pick up and notify you every step of the way.

Packaging guidelines
How to send your device to us
To ensure your device arrives safely and without damage, please follow the guidelines below when packing your item for shipping:
Power Off Your Device
Ensure your device is fully powered off before packing.
Clean and Remove Accessories
Remove any accessories, such as cases, chargers, SIM cards, or memory cards, before packing. Only include the device unless otherwise specified.
Choose the Right Box
Use a sturdy cardboard box that is appropriately sized for your device. Avoid oversized boxes to prevent movement during shipping.
Wrap Your Device
Protect your device by wrapping it in bubble wrap or foam padding. Ensure the device is fully covered and secure to absorb any impact.
Cushion Inside the Box
Place the wrapped device in the box and add additional padding materials, such as packing peanuts or more bubble wrap, around all sides to prevent movement.
Seal the Box Securely
Use strong packing tape to seal all seams of the box. Double-tape the edges for extra security.

We are not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping due to inadequate packaging. Please ensure your device is packed securely to avoid such risks.
Do not include any personal items or accessories that you wish to keep, as they will not be returned.
